Paul Eveleigh
Chairman | Chief Business Officer | Owner
Paul has returned back to the UK with finance experience in Canada and entrepreneurial ventures in China.
He has specific experience building a multi-hundred-million-pound business from scratch, and turning around a major division within a FTSE100 software business. Particular to the food industry, he has previously contracted to major supply chain and agriculture management software vendors, as well as supply chain traceability project for a Fortune 500 business.
At SCI, Paul is responsible for Finance, Environment and Acquisition strategy.
Rob Chester
Chief Executive Officer | Owner
Rob is a hands-on CEO. He spent over a decade of his career as a customer of SCI's competitors and so brings this knowledge and experience.
Rob has personal experience of designing or operating all aspects of compliance or certification programmes. He has personal experience if doing this himself in businesses or as a 3rd party advisor. He brings global knowledge and expertise having worked or lived in 18 countries round the world.
At SCI he's responsible for our planning and strategy, but loves to be as involved as he can be with any customer where he can help.
Diane Dalton
Chief Operations Officer | Auditor | Owner
With 20 years’ experience in the Testing-Inspection-Certification industry starting as an auditor with delivery experience in over 25 schemes and leadership in both audit delivery teams and senior agricultural manager roles.
Diane holds qualifications in food, agriculture and business and is a lead auditor with a strong commercial business mind combined with a focus on integrity and ethical delivery. She has partnered with many schemes to develop their standards and provide technical support.
At SCI, Diane is responsible for the team delivering all operations across Agriculture and Supply Chain, along with some scheme management and consultancy work.
Dave Walker
Chief Agriculture Officer | Auditor | Owner

Kay Bott
Chief Integrity Officer | Owner
Kay is a qualified Food Technologist with Supply Chain and Agriculture knowledge and experience.
She has experience in product development, supplier, quality and technical management within the food manufacturing sector. These skills were then transferred into food certification for public and private schemes and was more recently responsible for multiple accreditations within a multinational certification body for primary agriculture, produce and food and supply chain sectors.
At SCI, Kay is responsible for our quality systems, accreditation, and integrity.
Georgina Websdale
Scheme Manager

Shaun Kokott
Head of Retail and Supply Chain
With over 18 years’ experience in the food industry, Shaun has worked across the chilled, frozen and ambient sectors with Retailers, Foodservice and Quick Service Restaurants. He has hands on experience having worked in food production facilities and certification bodies.
Shaun holds a Master’s Degree in Food Technology and is qualified as a Lead auditor for both BRCGS and FSSC 22000. He is also a Fellow with the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST).
At SCI, he is responsible for the 2nd Party / 3rd Party audit schemes, technical placements, and consulting services for our retail and supply chain customers.
