Before joining SCI, Kay was the Quality Manager at NSF, where she developed a reputation for excellence in quality systems and food safety. Her professional skills are widely recognised, with numerous endorsements from colleagues across the industry regarding her expertise in HACCP, quality management, and food safety. Kay has a food technology background and before transitioning to quality management was involved in product development roles in several food categories, project management, site mergers and material logistics roles.
