A key principle of our work is impartiality and confidentiality, and our officers and colleagues (employed or contracted) understand and operate under robust and rigorous processes to ensure independence and confidentiality for all our customers.
Supply Chain In-Sites has identified the risks to impartiality and put in place processes and monitoring to eliminate the risks; this is endorsed by our Impartiality Committee (a group of independent industry leaders).
Our training and processes in place mean that our work is conducted with professionalism and integrity, we take any breach incident of these values seriously.
