Diane Dalton serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Supply Chain In-sites (SCI), bringing her extensive background in food and agriculture auditing and standards to the team.

Diane began auditing in 2000, where she quickly excelled, managing audit teams and overseeing sectors within two of the leading UK Certification Bodies (CB).

Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement, Diane's journey is marked by a blend of practical experience and strategic management, making her an invaluable asset to the SCI team.

Kay Bott is the Chief Integrity Officer at Supply Chain In-sites (SCI), bringing extensive experience and expertise to the team. Previously, as Quality Manager at NSF, Kay earned a strong reputation for excellence in quality systems and food safety.

Her expertise in HACCP, quality management, and food safety is widely endorsed across the industry.

With a background in food technology, Kay has also excelled in product development, project management, site mergers, and material logistics roles.

David Walker, Chief Agriculture Officer at Supply Chain In-sites (SCI), brings extensive experience in farming, law enforcement, and agriculture auditing. Raised in a farming family, Dave provides a strong understanding and empathy in his role. He was key in introducing remote auditing during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring compliance through video link methods.

An advocate for sustainability, Dave promotes consistent metrics and AI advancements in animal health monitoring. His commitment to transparency and collaboration is integral to SCI’s operations and partnerships.

Shaun Kokott, Head of Retail and Supply Chain at Supply Chain In-sites (SCI), brings extensive experience in food safety, quality, regulatory, and compliance within FMCG environments. His strong background in food production, certification, and mass catering makes him a versatile leader in the field.

With experience working with retailers, food service, quick service restaurants, suppliers, and 2nd/3rd party manufacturers, Shaun delivers tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs. His expertise ensures SCI maintains top-quality standards and compliance, making him a vital team member

Jess Sloss is the Head of Forestry, Horticulture, and Ornamentals at Supply Chain In-sites (SCI), bringing expertise and experience to the team.

Before joining SCI, Jess was a self-employed specialist compliance consultant at the Plant Healthy Certification Scheme. She was also the Head of Agriculture at NSF and the Senior Technical Manager for the Red Tractor Assurance scheme.

Highly skilled and experienced, Jess's deep knowledge and leadership in horticulture and agriculture greatly enhance the capabilities of the SCI team.

Peter Bracher began his career in UK food safety enforcement, rising to Chief Environmental Health Officer. He has a proven track record of driving profitable, compliant operations in global markets, contributing to SCI’s success.

As a former Managing Director of NSF Asia-Pacific, he led NSF International’s expansion, establishing trusted operations and high-impact teams across key markets.

Now, he leads SCI’s global Sustainability Initiatives, advancing responsible food sourcing and manufacturing worldwide.

Trista Li leads innovation at SCI, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to design scalable, tech-enabled solutions across global supply chains.

Her background spans trade compliance at PwC China, microfinance at Kiva, and scaling AI-driven tools in high-growth startups.

With a passion for systems change, Trista brings deep expertise in cross-border logistics, sustainability, and inclusive innovation.

Mark Scott is a recognised leader in compliance, with extensive experience and a strong international network. He is highly regarded for delivering excellence across manufacturing, retail, and food safety.

Specialising in auditing, ethical standards, legislation, and troubleshooting, Mark ensures organisations meet the highest industry standards. 

His expertise aligns with SCI’s vision for global impact, strengthening its commitment to high standards, sustainability, and value-driven solutions. 

Georgina Websdale is a Scheme Manager at Supply Chain In-sites (SCI). A graduate of Harper Adams University, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with Marketing in 2018.

Before joining SCI, Georgina was the Marketing Manager for JSR Farming Group, one of the UK's largest family farming companies known for its sustainable farming practices.

Her background in business management and marketing and her experience in the agricultural sector significantly contribute to the success of the SCI team.

Sophie Honey is a key leader within SCI’s Horticulture team, bringing deep expertise in compliance and certification scheme management. With a strong track record in agricultural assurance, she ensures that businesses not only meet industry standards but stay ahead of evolving regulatory and sustainability challenges.

Holding a postgraduate diploma in International Animal Welfare, Sophie combines academic insight with hands-on experience. Previously, she spent five years at NSF, successfully managing a range of agricultural schemes, refining best practices and strengthening compliance frameworks.

Anje van Wyk, Scheme Manager at Supply Chain In-sites (SCI), brings extensive experience in commercial operations within the food and beverage industry. She has expertise in Business Management, Managerial Finance, and Auditing.

Before joining SCI, Anje held key roles at NSF, including Operations Manager for Africa - Retail, where she oversaw regional compliance, and Commercial Manager for the Food Supply Chain, where she optimized commercial activities. Her broad experience and skills make her an integral part of SCI, contributing to the organization’s operational excellence.

Jill Witter is a seasoned operations leader with a strong track record in the agri-farm, food, and feed supply chain sectors. With deep expertise in customer service, audit and certification administration, and operational efficiency, she ensures seamless execution across SCI’s compliance and assurance programs.
